昨晚 5:30 左右我在 Sprouts 购买了预制的草饲牛肉酿辣椒。我回家煮了它们当晚餐，然后吃了两个。这就是我所拥有的。凌晨 1 点，我醒来时出现严重的呕吐和腹泻。这种情况几乎每半小时一整晚发生一次。我现在身体虚弱，精疲力尽，但我想我现在已经把毒素排出来了。
