下午 1 点左右和我的女儿一起吃了午餐 23 日星期六。我吃了双培根、小子和樱桃柠檬。幸运的是，我的女儿只吃了烤奶酪和薯条，很好。我们下午的购物结束了，但是到了 3 点，我开始感到非常不适。发烧、身体疼痛和恶心。就在我开始生暴力病之前就把它送回家了接下来的几个小时我在剧烈的疼痛和呕吐中度过。上午 1 点之前恶心消失了，但现在是 2 天后了，我仍然虚弱，疼痛，无法进食太多。如果症状没有消退，计划明天去看我的医生。

I ate a chicken bowl for dinner. A couple hours later I had intense stomach cramps and violent diarrhea. About 25 hours later I again had intense stomach cramps and had violent diarrhea. Undigested corn appeared.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋

I ate chipotle yesterday in eastshore Va the new location around 5:30om. A couple hours after I vomited all night diarrhea . My hotel room had vomit all over it. I will not being going to chipotle ever again  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
