I bought broccoli cheese soup from Safeway. About An hour later was horribly nauseous and vomiting, My daughter was the only one that ate it. She got sick about an hour after. With extreme nausea and vomitting  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心

purchased this in the morning heated for lunch as i always have . ate it within 2 hrs. i was vomiting so bad i couldn't stand up. Called an ambulance as i was unable to drive to hospital. I will never Never Eat a Product From Any company Owned By Conagra..........  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

我真的很生气，因为尽管我假设，但我敢打赌是来自某个没有好食物处理员的人不洗手！
在这个地方吃饭时请格外小心。我再也不会在这个地方吃饭了（尽管这是我第一次在这里发生这种情况）。这是我 45 年来最严重的食物中毒。
我坚信，在处理食物之前、期间和之后，以及处理食物时，每个人都需要接受洗手重要性的教育。

I eat at this location often and have never gotten sick. I had a chicken burrito around 7:30pm, went home, felt normal, and woke up around 3am with Diarrhea then 30 min later vomiting. I had to miss work due to being so ill.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
