Split a chicken wrap with avocado lime dressing and chicken nuggets at 9:00 and woke up 3 hours later with nausea and then vomited everything out over the next hour. Now still have nausea and exhausted  | 症状: 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

我点了一个三重汉堡、大薯条和饮料。我得到了它，在我走到汽水机之前，他们在我不到一分钟之前订购的商品就给我打了电话。事实发生大约 4 个小时后，我开始感觉不太好。今天早上我差点弄湿自己，因为我感到非常瘫痪。现在，我变得非常虚弱，头晕，无法移动，太恶心了。我发高烧了，现在正在躺下。
