I had 6 piece chicken tenders with fries and 2 coors lights at 11:30pm on Jan 24,2017. I ate half of it. I think the garlic parmesan dipping sauce, I had on the side. Is how I got sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

我当时在炸玉米饼钟吃饭。我订购了一些墨西哥卷饼，太好吃了。直到我点了牛肉 burito。把墨西哥卷饼扔了大约一半以上我的味道和闻到不同的东西。像一种肥皂一样闻起来？反正我还是吃了相信这很好，没什么好害怕的。然后我喝了几杯水，感觉很胖又快乐。我希望进入车里感觉有点不舒服。我父母在那里和我一起吃饭，但他们没有生病。我们回到家了，大约一个小时后，我开始感觉很冷。我发冷了。我喝了几瓶水然后睡了一吨。我能感觉到我的胃在搅动。在炸玉米饼上吃了 3 个小时后，我去吐了。我品尝了我在 taco bell 吃过的所有食物。食物从我的嘴里出来，噪音很大。我吐了很多东西而且很痛。一个小时后我又升了三个，这次会有更多的水然后吐出来。我感到非常虚弱，头痛，发冷，甚至我自己都在撒些什么。我有朋友在炸玉米饼钟吃过东西，他们说他们去的时候会生病。我再也不会在那里吃东西了。

My famil at breal fast at ihop yesterday morning around 10am. Now we are all sick and throwing up. All symptoms started within 3 hours of each other. First the kids then my husband and I. My oldest who didn't go to breakfast with us is fine.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate chipotle at 11 and when 1 came around I felt nausea, then started shaking uncontrollably accompanied by diarrhea and vomiting. I did not feel better until I got 13 hours of sleep  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

I was at chipotle yesterday with my family, and ordered a taco with chicken guacamole, and beans. shortly after I began feeling sick and woke up the next morning having diarrhea at seven times. 10-30-2016  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
