I ate Taco Bell at home from a drivethru at around 7p.m. Wednesday March 28th. I ordered a mini chicken quesadilla which I believe to be the culprit and a cheesy gordita crunch taco. My symptoms started showing while I tried to sleep 12a.m.-2a.m. with my stomach… 更多

Bought girl scout cookies and after only having two of this particular box I got extremely sick. Dirahhea and nausea . Thought it might have been something else but another completely separate day a few days later had one and same thing.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

After my best friends funeral another friend got panda express in the Vancouver Mall to go the four of us to eight all felt sick and within an hour I had diarrhea I was vomiting I had a temperature and couldn’t sleep or eat for over 24 hours  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我们喜欢 Taco Time，一直是终身客户，直到现在从未抱怨过。昨天，2018 年 3 月 26 日下午 3 点 15 分左右，我们在该地区，所以我们在子午线的塔可时间和 Puyallup 的 158 号停留。我们得到了通常得到的东西：墨西哥玉米饼和墨西哥薯条。幸运的是，我 2 岁的孩子几乎没碰过她的墨西哥玉米饼，因为我认为墨西哥玉米饼是让我们生病的原因。她吃了一小盒墨西哥薯条，很好。但是，在几个小时之内，我 16 岁的孩子和我自己开始感到虚弱和发烧。我们还有其他停下来，我一直不得不停下来去洗手间。很多上消化道痉挛、严重恶心和腹泻疼痛。我和我的女儿几乎都感觉像是上消化道区域周围的空气或腹胀。今天，我们醒了，仍然感觉不太好，但比昨晚好一点。我想我应该报告这个，因为我现在知道这是 Taco Time 的特定地点。两周前，我们去那里买了同样的东西，然后也生病了。当时流感也在我们家中蔓延，所以我不认为这可能是使我们生病的食物。现在，我确定了。要么必须进行一些大规模的消毒，员工需要改善他们的卫生习惯，要么他们没有以安全的方式准备食物。
