5月28日中午左右，我在上面提到的餐厅里。我妈妈和我共用一个脆皮鸡肉三明治篮，里面有炸薯条和减肥百事可乐。我还要求把三明治切成两半。那天 5:30 我因上述症状而病得很重。不幸的是，我妈妈经历了同样的症状，最后进入了急诊室。

Order salad bowl with lime dressing. 2-3hrs later stomach upset. 12hrs later on the toilet with diarrhea. Diarrhea has now been going on for 24hrs. Never felt so sick if keeps up any longer I’m heading to the ER. Prior to chipotle I had a Culver’s burger… 更多

We ate dinner on monday November 27th at around 6 pm. My 2 daughters both age 6 ordered buttered noodles with tofu. One of them became very sick with vomiting at about 3 or 4 am the next morning, vomiting/heaving for hours and then was completely fine… 更多

I ate a chipotle burrito bowl for dinner last night, and have felt nasty ever since. This morning I woke up with a stomach ache and have really bad diarrhea with mainly pieces of undigested chipotle. I bought a number two combo meal. It was the only food I had eaten all day. I ate at 5pm woke up at 3am and I havent stopped vomiting and pooping water since. It has been 15 hours already.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
