Yesterday around 4:45-5 my friend and I ate at Olive Garden. I had the unlimited soup, salad, and breaksticks. I ate one plate of salad, one bowl of chicken gnocci soup, a few breadsticks and maybe a bite or 2 of the zuppa soup. 平常的晚上感觉不错，丈夫和我吃了沙拉和面包棒，然后我吃了意大利细面条阿尔弗雷多和蘑菇，他吃了意大利细面条阿尔弗雷多和鸡肉馅煎蛋饼。饭后回家后一小时内我就开始抽筋听见胃隆隆声。晚上 11 点 30 分醒来时使用了洗手间，然后出现了更多的不适感经历了腹泻，5 分钟后呕吐了两次。早上 6 点起床感觉还不错。
