上午 10 点半左右我去了塔可钟。我订购了 chalupa 餐，其中包括两个 chalupas 和一个硬壳炸玉米饼。大约 1:30 我开始感到恶心和胃痛。最初以为可能是胃流感，但感觉不一样。下午 2 点左右，我开始把在塔可钟吃的所有食物都扔掉。到目前为止，我总共吐了 10 倍。我一生中最糟糕的胃痛。

昨晚我有一个玉米片薯条盒和 Taco Bell 的牛排 chalupa。我上床睡觉感觉很好...第二天早上 3 点 04 分我醒来时出汗、恶心、头晕和虚弱。从今天早上开始我一直在呕吐，胃部不舒服，腹泻。毫无疑问，这是塔可钟的食物。我整天都不能吃东西，感觉这样糟透了。这是我最后一次也是最后一次从 Taco Bell 吃东西！！！！！

Purchased food around 12:30. Ate Crunchwrap Supreme and about 3pm started having stomachache. Got home at 8 and ate the chalupa. 30 minutes later had really bad stomachache followed by diarrhea and nausea. Still experiencing symptoms.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
