在吃完饭后的两个半小时内（我还没吃完的鸡肉汉堡），我的胃痛和抽筋非常严重。我在痛苦中翻了一番，直到我呕吐并同时出现腹泻才能移动。我很幸运能拥有抗恶心药物，所以一旦食物从我的系统中消失了，我就能够控制呕吐。几个小时后，我感到难以置信的不适和胃痛。

ordered chicken burger and cheese burger...over one hr wait..food was cold. probably sitting at the heater in deliv car growing bacteria. gf now has diahorrea vomiting and temperature!!!! i feel sick too. disgusting limp car heated lettuce that was soggy prob had listeria or burgers off!!!  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

我在 612one 吃午饭，吃了鸡肉汉堡。在 4 小时内，我的病情比以往任何时候都要严重。从腹泻开始然后开始呕吐。我实际上每 40 分钟就会连续呕吐 3 个小时，我的胃痛几乎无法忍受。自午餐以来已经快 44 个小时了，我才刚开始感觉好些了。

Ordered McDonalds at 7 which arrived at 9.50. I ate a chicken burger some fries and a bit of the Mexican burger. Next thing I know I wake up at 3am and run to the toilet and start puking. It felt as if the food turned to acid. Throat and stomach were burning as I threw up.  | 症状: 呕吐

2017 年 9 月 3 日晚上 9 点左右去了东欧几里得的 Hardee "s，并购买了一个夏威夷鸡肉汉堡。我吃完后不久就上床睡觉了。当我在 9 月 4 日醒来时，我感到虚弱和摇摇欲坠。中午时分我有严重的腹泻，大约 3 点左右我开始呕吐。现在是 3:40，我还是感觉很不舒服。这导致我今天不得不在工作中打电话请病假，然后放出全日工资和由此产生的假日工资。
