I had a spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a sweet tea. I started to feel sick about 30 mins after and still 4 days later can’t eat or drink anything without throwing it back up or having diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

麦当劳的鸡肉三明治，晚上 10 点左右我得到了一个工匠烤鸡肉三明治，里面有薯条和一个精灵。凌晨 2 点我得了腹泻。现在还在继续。我还在凌晨 5 点半左右呕吐了 3 次。我还有恶心和发冷。  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心, 寒战

I ordered chick fil a around 5:00 PM on Wednesday, April 3rd. The chicken sandwich was really weird to chew and stringy. I don’t think it was cooked. I am now experiencing food poisoning symptoms.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
