I don’t need a doctors note I know food poisoning I went there around 4 o’clock and got a sausage egg and cheese croissant went to work and was sick and nauseous and vomiting about three hours later I haven’t stopped vomiting or shitting my pants ever since  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

香肠火腿培根羊角面包。大约是 2017 年 11 月 18 日星期六上午 10 点左右。我和我的男朋友经过开车穿越，进去要求重新制作三明治，因为一个三明治制作不正确，另外两个没有我们想要的那么多火腿。目睹经理在没有专业精神的情况下说负面话，问客户为什么想要重制三明治，不知道我们是有问题的客户站在她面前。经理有态度，我们非常怀疑故意参与，因为她封锁了通常可以看到工人制作三明治的区域长达 15 秒钟。我和我的男朋友都无法控制地呕吐，感觉非常头晕，可能很快就会去 ER 检查以确保我们安全。
