我和我的男朋友点了一份普通话紧缩沙拉、西兰花牛肉和一个大的蔬菜炒饭，什么都没有洋葱。我们把沙拉和牛肉分开，他吃了所有的炒饭。吃了这么多东西之后，他的胃开始受伤，但是几个小时后，我们俩都跑去洗手间吃了很多糖。仍然我几乎不能吃白面包，我的整个身体都很痛-由于我天生的健康问题，我的免疫系统非常虚弱。我们再也不会去这里了，我们已经在想这个地方每次访问都会变得越来越糟。

大约 2 小时后，吃了 Trader Joe 的日式炒饭午餐，这是我有史以来最严重的食物中毒病例。由于严重脱水，去医院急诊室进行静脉注射。最近购买了预制的冷冻餐，并一直保持冷冻直到食用。我怀疑它可能在运送到 Trader Joe 的过程中融化了，并且被重新冻结而不是被扔掉。

I ate a chicken teriyaki and fried rice bowl and my children had fried rice with green bean chicken and orange chicken. So far they are fine but I am vomiting with diarrhea. No fever but feel awful.

I ate a fried rice and orange chicken bowl. I took it home and ate it around 1am. Then I woke up at 9 with watery diarrhea. Followed by vomit and sweating so much I started crying. I felt like I was going to die from sweating… 更多

7 月 28 日晚上 10 点，我去伍斯特拜访了一位朋友。我们决定从香格里拉订购食物。
我的订单是牛肉加西兰花，还有米饭。我朋友点了炒饭。食物在晚上 11 点左右到达。7 月 29 日星期日凌晨 3 点左右，我们都因腹泻、胃痛和恶心而醒来，感觉极度虚弱。
凌晨 3 点 30 分，我们病得很厉害，我们不得不找一个 24 小时的 CVS 来购买一些药物，但是这些药物没有太大帮助。周日我们俩整天都病得很重。
7 月 29 日晚上 8 点，我回到 CVS 去买更多药物。周日和周一腹泻并没有整天停止。
7 月 31 日星期一，我打电话给餐厅，告诉他们食物中毒的情况。我还打电话给我的医生预约，并且能够在 8 月 1 日星期三看医生。
