Selects and fries meal.
Was colder than usual so I just left the rest and stopped eating
Left work early the next day due to feeling too sick
Loss of appetite
Vomited once
Have diarrhoea
Fever (sweating forehead)
Nausea on many occasions

我在 2 月 1 日下午 2 点买了一份市场沙拉，里面有炸薯条和柠檬水。到下午 4 点，我病得很重，晚上 10 点左右发烧和严重的胃痛我开始出现水样腹泻，这种腹泻持续到第二天，发烧来来去去，胃部和背部持续疼痛。那是我那天唯一吃的东西，很明显我有食物中毒，可能是由于受污染的沙拉造成的。这是一件大事，因为我是胃癌幸存者。这是不可接受的。

我在 1 月 30 日星期三晚上 10 点 15 分左右订购了素食汉堡组合。那天我还没吃任何东西，在用奶酪完成素食汉堡大约 30 分钟后，我感到非常恶心。我没吃薯条。我能够用处方药控制恶心，但又有一天腹泻和胃痉挛。
