晚上 11 点 30 分左右通过客房服务订购汉堡包。凌晨 4 点 30 分左右醒来时胃痛呕吐和腹泻。上午 9:30 左右联系了前台。在我的房间里遭受了 48 小时服用了非处方腹泻药 Imodium 来缓解疼痛。我在亚特兰大参加 8 月 18 日星期六在南卡罗来纳州举行的家庭聚会。注意：我已经七天没有再吃东西了...回亚特兰大待了 24 小时。在前往旧金山之前。我继续有胃痛和血性腹泻，而且非常虚弱而且非常发烧。我在圣何塞的撒玛利亚人好医院检查了自己。我被诊断出患有轻度结肠炎的食物中毒。

Drank it on the way to a festival. Ate only a hamburger at the festival. Other friends at the same. No one else was sick. Thought it was the hamburger. Drank the water again today and am sick again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

ate hamburger from smash burger within hours got sick nauseous and felt terrible all day. could not eat the next day still sick. third day projectile vomited and diarrhea all night. definitely food poisoning  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
