We got lunch the McDonald's off of marketview and Neil Street I got a snack wrap and the chocolate chip frappe. My son got a hamburger and small fry. We both had diarrhea and stomach cramps. Felt fine until we ate the McDonald's.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

我们现在在紧急护理！
在去霍尔顿海滩的路上，我们在北卡罗来纳州夏洛特的麦当劳停留了一年一度的家庭度假，我女儿得到了一个汉堡包。半夜，她因胃痛而病得极重，呕吐然后来回洗手间。她现在正在静脉注射，并且开枪控制呕吐。这毁了我们 6 个人的假期，并花费了额外的费用。
