11 月 28 日星期四晚上 9 点左右，我吃了两个咖喱的基本印度食物组合。一个是 saag paneer，另一个是鸡肉。我还吃了一些米饭和一些普通的南面包。我晚上 9 点左右吃了饭。我半夜醒来时有些肠不适，然后去了厕所。接下来的两天我感到虚弱。第三天我开始恢复力量，但腹泻仍然很糟糕。我已经快 6 天没有完全康复了。我没有严重的抽筋，但是有时候很不舒服，当然也很不方便。

我去过日本好几次。这是我第一次因为吃东西而生病。

Indian food, My husband ordered the lamb korma. He ate there at 7pm and went home and straight to bed and ate nothing after it. He has been in and out of the bathroom with vomiting and diarrhoea since 5am  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Not sure. Ate Indian food yesterday in a restaurant in Food court, I ate indian food, I’m the only one who ate it. Symptoms came after about 8-10 hours. First nausea and then diarrhea about 15 hrs after eating  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

赫里福德郡议会说，检查人员从检查开始就注意到了啮齿动物的气味，然后发现了其他啮齿动物活动。她说：“在二楼的储藏室里，有老鼠掉在架子上，一袋洋葱被啃了。”

“墙上有一个裸露的洞，还有来自啮齿动物的油痕。”在一楼的厨房里也发现了粪便，在墙上发现了一个巢穴，窗户无法正常关闭，这意味着房间没有防啮齿动物。

AHS 于 10 月 3 日口头下令关闭 92 街和 34 大道地区的布哈拉印度小酒馆的所有者。根据本月早些时候在网上发布的关闭通知，该命令是在检查发现几起违反《公共卫生法》的行为之后发布的，其中包括上面似乎是 “霉菌状物质” 的食品。

报告指出，在面团滚筒框架内部发现了啮齿动物粪便。检查还在餐厅发现了 “大规模老鼠出没的证据”。检查员发现，在酒吧里发现了死蝇和活蝇，开放式食物没有存放在防虫容器中，厨房或酒吧水槽也没有用于洗手的肥皂。

AHS 说，这家餐厅将保持关闭，直到清理工作完成 “令执行官满意” 为止。
