11 月 28 日星期四晚上 9 点左右，我吃了两个咖喱的基本印度食物组合。一个是 saag paneer，另一个是鸡肉。我还吃了一些米饭和一些普通的南面包。我晚上 9 点左右吃了饭。我半夜醒来时有些肠不适，然后去了厕所。接下来的两天我感到虚弱。第三天我开始恢复力量，但腹泻仍然很糟糕。我已经快 6 天没有完全康复了。我没有严重的抽筋，但是有时候很不舒服，当然也很不方便。

我去过日本好几次。这是我第一次因为吃东西而生病。

I shouldn’t ordered raw fish but I ordered a bowl, came with rice and slices of tuna sashimi on top. I know this is the culprit because I felt a little off upon arriving home. Then I went to sleep. I woke up extremely sick and am considering going to the doctor.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
