幸运的是，我是唯一知道那个生病的人。吃了一个 quesarito，beefy nacho 在周四午餐时（大约 12:30）的午餐时间里吃了一顿肚子，但是我吃的东西里也有豆子。那天晚上吃了一些拉面吃晚餐，第二天早上没吃任何东西。周五早上 9 点 30 分左右胃开始真的抽筋，并在 12:30 左右开始腹泻。此后出现了腹泻和腹部抽筋。星期二去看医生发现我有沙门氏菌现在我正在研究抗生素。希望情况很快就会好起来。

Ate ramen and complementary bean sprouts. Approximately 2 hours later sever vomiting with uncontrollable chills and dizziness. 4 hours post, still nauseated, bloated. I attribute to the pork in the ramen which I usually do not eat.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 腹胀, 头晕, 寒战

昨天吃了东京辣猪肚拉面。今天我有腹泻，偶尔会有疼痛的胃痉挛。我不知道这是罪魁祸首还是其他原因，因为我以前在这里吃过很多次，而且我以前从未发生过这种情况。我确实注意到面条似乎有点未煮熟，因为它们通常非常柔软。但是我以为这是因为我订购了这件商品，而且面条和肉汤是分开的。
