I had the grilled bbq chicken, salad with Ranch and mushrooms, woke up about 3:00am vomiting with diarrhea. Been nauseous, body aches, tired, and diarrhea all day today. From past experience definitely food poisoning!! Will never return.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 其他, 身体疼痛

不确定但是 11-27-19 在这里吃午饭，晚餐在餐厅吃晚饭。第二天早上开始生病了。，第二天早上第一件事。主要是我。我丈夫有轻度腹泻但没有发烧。星期四我发烧还没超过 100。现在接下来是星期天，是血液和腹泻。不呕吐。我吃了烧烤三明治和沙拉。
