I went out to eat at 9:15 pm and got a Grand Mac with a medium fries and a medium shamrock shake. I felt fine even when I was falling asleep. Then I wake up at 3:50 am with nausea and pain in my tailbone area. I go to the bathroom and then I have diahrea and vomit, and then I feel better.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

2 月 27 日星期一中午左右在 Chipoltle 吃过这是我当天吃的第一个也是唯一的食物。我每天都在吃早餐时吃粉状奶昔，从那以后一直没有问题。到了下午 5 点，我感觉不舒服，到 6 点我的关节发冷、抽筋和疼痛，然后我就出去了-糟糕的腹泻必须每 5 分钟去一次... 糟糕的经历。持续了整晚的大部分时间，直到凌晨 4 点左右它开始消退。唯一可能的就是我在 Chipoltle 喝的饮料。那是楠塔基特花蜜-樱桃/石榴。我喜欢这里的食物。真的很好吃。我很伤心我不能相信他们的食物。
