我星期二下午开始生病，星期三早上开始呕吐/腹泻/腹部抽筋。呕吐和腹泻持续了两天。恶心和食欲不振仍在继续。星期二我吃了炸玉米饼的炸玉米饼，所以一定太疯狂了，我可以假设我的食物煮得不好。

4 月 7 日凌晨 1 点，我的朋友拿起了位于退伍军人纪念大道上的炸玉米饼钟。她点了融化的玉米片和俗气的 gordita 紧缩。大约 5 小时后，她醒来时出现强烈的腹痛，伴随着呕吐、冷汗、血腥的 dhiarriah 和发冷。她被送往东杰斐逊医院急诊室接受治疗，并被诊断出可能患有食物中毒或病毒性胃肠炎。

Husband and I ate Taco Bell yesterday, and we both ended up with food poisoning. I had a cheesy gordita crunch meal, and he had a quesadilla and some nachos with a skittles drink. I purchased a Beef taco salad on April 5, 2018 at the Taco Bell on Goodman road, in Kroger parking lot, about 2 hours after eating it I became nausea, followed by vomiting, diarrhea and fever, this lasted for 2 days, I missed 2 days from work.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
