Stopped at Taco Bell for lunch. 3 hours later had diarrhea and vomiting. It's now 3am and still vomiting. It's the only thing I ate so I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning. Going to MD in the morning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

星期四晚上我们停下来，在 5:30 左右把塔可钟带回家。我有一个紧缩包装和一个软炸玉米饼，里面包括碎牛肉。我相信这些肉没煮熟。周四晚上晚些时候，我无法停止呕吐，腹泻可怕。整晚我都很头晕然后继续呕吐。星期五早上呕吐仍在继续。星期五晚上我去表示关怀，他们因为食物中毒和脱水而送我去医院。我因呕吐而收到了 4 袋液体和恶心药。现在是星期六，我仍然头晕，呕吐已经停止，但我真的很头晕又虚弱。我和另外两个和我一起吃了塔可钟的家庭成员身上发生了这种情况。
