when i went in it was smelling funny in there . but i went on to order my food i had fries, 4 piece chicken nuggets ,and a mcchicken all of it tasted funny and i ended up throwing it up .  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Me and my sister got sick (2) so there was two of us that got ill. We both eat the same thing. A McChicken Sandwich meal with a chocolate milkshake, symptoms started 2-3 hours later we was vomiting and had bad diarrhoea  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

午餐时间 2018 年 9 月 29 日星期六。我五岁的孩子整天早上都没事。买了一顿快乐的饭。他先吃了酸奶，然后才吃掉其他任何东西，他的弹丸在整个车上都呕吐了。完全排空了他的胃然后没有其他症状了。没有头痛，没有发烧，没有腹泻，没有不适。我 sister 子说她 6 岁的孩子也喝了麦当劳酸奶最后 3 次。

I purchased a happy meal cheeseburger and a Coke after one hour my stomach started hurting real bad I had diarrhea and I started throwing up now in bed I called the restaurant they told me if I go to the hospital to give them a call  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

薯条，9 月 22 日。在一两个小时内，我因极度剧烈的胃痛而抽筋得非常严重。我整天剩下的时间和整个晚上都在腹泻，疼痛一直持续到现在，一周后，但是 diahrrea 在星期天之后没有回来。抽筋、腹胀和胀气持续存在。

我怀疑这是员工的报复行为，他们几乎从来没有得到正确的订单，当我回来说他们搞砸了我的订单并且没有订购薯条时，他们可能会生我的气。

我的一个朋友和我在一起，我也和他分享了薯条，他和我同时生病了，出现了同样的症状。

On September 19th a little after 2pm I went to McDonald's and I ordered a Number 2. Then shortly after I got super nauseous and then ended up vomiting and having diarrhea. I was sick that rest of the day and also the next day. I am also pregnant so It took a big tole on me and my baby.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
