买了 4 份早餐卷饼。吃了 2 个半然后把一个给朋友。我病得非常严重，他有轻微的不适感。可怕的抽筋，气体，diahrea，恶心持续了三四天..我再也不会去那里了  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 煤气, 抽筋

Got Big Mac with extra sauce at 5pm, felt sick all night began violently throwing up around 11pm. The person with me got a regular cheeseburger and had no symptoms, so I am sure the Big Mac sauce was what got me sick.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
