My mom bought my son who is 2.5 a kid's meal from McDonald's around 1230/1pm. It was a 4 piece chicken nuggets, apple slices, fries and chocolate milk. Around midnight he started vomitting. A few hours later he vomitted again this time with diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧

Ate a double cheeseburger, my sister ate a quarter pounder . Both of use got sick with vomiting and diarrhea , this incidence happened on the 23 of April late evening  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate between the hours of 7:00pm-7:30pm
I felt fine the rest of the night until this morning around 10am I started having bouts of diarrhea and vomiting later in the afternoon. I developed a low grade fever and was extremely nauseous for the whole day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
