I purchased the spring mix salad. Felt mild nausea before bed. Woke up around 11:30 with major stomach ache. Felt like I was going to puke and have diarrhea. Immediately got cold sweats and fell on bathroom floor. Got past that in about 15 minutes and had… 更多

sardines One mouthful only, tasted foul, spat out but not before unfortunatly had swallowed some. Within hours nausea started, unable to eat anything for 3 days. Day 4 feeling a bit better after dioralyte dosages, but still quite poorly. Needs reporting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

27/03/20 I had 3 Shop (own brand)bought quarter pounder beef burgers for my tea last night with fries from Morrison’s, and and the burgers tasted bitty and dry, unlike my usual Morrison’s brand of burger .  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
