我的五口之家在 2 月 1 日星期五吃了汉堡王，不幸的是第二天我们所有吃过汉堡王的人都患了死亡病。它首先始于当天所有 5 个人之间的胃痛和大量呕吐。我们知道这不是流感，因为和我们住在一起并照顾我们的家庭成员都没有生病。永远不要在那里吃饭！！

Went to BK Sunday morning 2/10 to purchase some breakfast sandwiches (sausage, cheese and egg). Hours later I started to feel hot when it’s actually cold outside and vice versa. The sickness exited out of me via diaherra. My wife who is 9 months pregnant has been throwing up all day.  | 症状: 腹泻

Had a Double quarter pound and a side of small fries and after eating at this location I drove to Arkansas and felt really bad the rest of the day and bad nausea and diarrhea. Had the feeling of vomiting the whole day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

今天早上，大约早上 6:30，在准备工作之前，我正在洗衣服，意识到自己没有织物柔软剂了。我拉到附近的一家杂货店，感觉完全不错，得到了我需要的东西，然后决定去汉堡王，因为它在同一个综合大楼里。我从汉堡王那里买了一个 Breakfast Burrito Jr. 我回家吃了，继续洗衣服，跳进淋浴间，正在吹干头发，突然之间，我被一波压倒性的恶心击中。我甚至没上厕所，因为第一轮弹丸呕吐。经过三次我经历过的最可怕的呕吐之后，我的膝盖在颤抖，我太虚弱了；我以为自己会晕倒。我到床上躺了一会儿。现在是上午 9 点 35 分，我才开始感觉好一点。我还是很恶心，但它不会再出现浪潮了。我相信我会在接下来的一个小时内再次吐出来，但我希望这不会是如此暴力的事件！我真的相信自己是食物中毒的受害者，再也不会去那个汉堡王了。按照我现在的感觉，我可能再也不会去汉堡王了。当心消费者...
