2019 年 8 月 12 日星期一下午 3 点左右，用奶酪餐（包括 sm. 薯条和可乐）挑选著名的明星。在上班的路上吃了。工作大约一个小时后突然出现了剧烈的胃痛，不久之后又出现了腹泻。在我剩下的轮班时间和晚上，大约每两个小时继续去洗手间。整晚都感到摇摇欲坠和恶心。

I was doing just fine but 3 or so hours after eating I started shaking and sweating and felt like I was going to black out so I got onto the sofa with my boyfriend and he said that I felt hot. I still feel the way I do. The food was good I don’t know if it was cross contamination or what.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 发抖, 出汗

On Friday August 2/19 I ordered a combo meal which included a hotdog. Hours later I because extremely ill with stomach cramps, nausea, and diarrhea. It is now over 24 hours later and I still feel under the weather. I am angry.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋
