我订购了费城奶酪牛排、薯条和桃子柠檬水。晚上 6 点左右吃了。第二天早上（大约凌晨 4 点）我感觉非常恶心，胃痛不好。感觉我的肌肉在结中。我呕吐了 3 次，有 5 次腹泻！绝对不会在那里吃东西了！  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛, 肌肉痉挛

I had the strawberry lemonade and the Philly cheese steak with everything on it. It was about 5 hours before the diarrhea and nausea began. And has lasted all night it. I ate around noon yesterday now it is 8 am and I am still nauseous and vomiting. I had never eaten there before.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
