我在 9/1 的下午 2 点吃了这个跳棋的薯条。症状从下午 5 点开始。首先我感到臃肿和气胀，然后在 10 点时症状恶化，我感到恶心并开始呕吐。11 点时我既在呕吐又有腹泻。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 煤气, 腹胀

Just drove through a bad storm. Stopped at checkers on ulmerton and 49th street. Or double fish. Should of cancelled order when I noticed roof leaking but got food anyway. Fish tasted old next day been so sick going on second day getting ready to head to hospital.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
