订购了 #2 辣的豪华餐和不加糖的冰茶。从凌晨 2 点 30 分开始，严重呕吐，发冷和恶心。无法保持任何固体或液体。极度疲劳。极端腹泻在 24 小时后开始，持续了 10 个小时  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 寒战, 疲劳
