A burrito without meat, cheese or sauces. It had pinto beans, corn, brown rice, avocado, orange peppers. I ate it around 9pm yesterday. The diarrhea started as soon as I woke up at 8am. This happened the last time I ate here. The fever comes later. Hopefully… 更多

I ate chipotle for dinner around 5:30pm and went to bed around 6:30pm. Around 10:45pm I woke up to use the bathroom and I felt nauseous, fatigue and cold. It's now 2:14am and I still feel AWFUL!!  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心
