When I got off work I purchased Yoplait yogurt and monster cookies that they make in the bakery. When I got home the Yoplait Peach and the cookies are all I ate. That was at 3 a.m. woke up at 6 a.m. with severe nausea diarrhea and vomiting  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Bought egg salad from the deli and a platter of taco dip prepared by the store. My boyfriend and I both ate the taco dip, but I was the only one to eat the egg/potato salad. By the middle of that night I was up and sick. Felt fine before hand, and that was the only thing we snacked on before bed.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
