我点了法式吐司拼盘配培根鸡蛋和土豆。当我看着鸡蛋时，它们看起来似乎很时髦，有点未煮熟。他们本来应该被打乱的。吃了一些法式吐司开始失去食欲。我感到肚子疼痛和恶心。去洗手间呕吐但是什么也没出来。然后走到外面然后被前门和停车场区域扔了起来，等我回到家时又扔了一遍。

星期六早上 4 点我在绿化带路的 IHOP 用餐。我的饭包括鸡蛋、哈希褐色、培根和煎饼。我离开时感觉很好，但是在同一个星期六晚上 8 点，我开始感到恶心。我整天唯一吃的东西是我为自己和家人煮的自制香肠和华夫饼。现在是星期二早上，我还在呕吐，甚至无法压住水。我减轻了很多体重，感觉虚弱。IHOP 是我在那里吃饭的唯一会给我这种食物中毒的地方。
