我在 7 月 11 日星期四从熟食店买了炸鸡。我还买了一些土豆沙拉，那天晚上吃了。周五早上，我起床感觉不舒服我的胃，没有任何食欲。随着一天变得越来越长，发烧和身体疼痛，我不断变得更糟。我整天都有很多恶心，这是在晚上 6 点 30 分左右，当我终于吐了。它持续了超过 15 分钟，我也开发了腹泻。我是如此的弱，我几乎不能动，甚至不能把水压下来。

Cottage cheese - I ate Simple Truth organic low-fat cottage cheese with several days of diarrhea. This happened with two batches and were within sell by date. It could be due to severe lactose intolerance because I only eat occasional cheese as dairy products.  | 症状: 腹泻
