McDonald’s smoothies, Two daughter got smoothies around 3:15 pm. One got strawberry banana and one got mango pineapple. By 5:00 one was crying that her stomach hurt. The other daughter started crying about 30 mins later with same complaint. By 6:30/7:00 both were vomiting  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心

我在 2019 年 3 月 23 日星期六订购了一份带草莓奶昔的鱼片餐。到那天晚上 6 点左右，这是我唯一吃过的东西我的小腹剧烈刺痛持续了大约 2 个小时，出汗和高温也是 diareah。我还有抽筋，但比第一晚少了。非常不开心。

在麦当劳喝茶，我喝了一些麦当劳的茶，立刻感到恶心（恶心，极度头晕等）休息了一天，早上感觉很好。早上得到了家庭早餐然后又给自己喝了茶，喝完之后立刻病得很重  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 头晕
