进去买了一个装有薯条和大饮料的巨无霸，然后两个 1 美元的芝士汉堡都吃完了，然后在晚上 9 点半回家睡觉大约在晚上 11 点 15 分醒来肚子超级臃肿感觉好像我要爆炸了，很快我觉得自己要去之后我感到越来越恶心呕吐物我起床了，一站起来我就开始呕吐我跑到洗手间时用手闭上了嘴，现在是凌晨 12 点 13 分，我还在呕吐。

My friend and I went in for some lunch and we both had large fries. They seemed much more greesy than usual and almost darker too. We didnt think much of it until now. We are both feeling violently nauseous and vomiting. Never going there for food again.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ordered a bbq bacon and chicken wrap, by the time i was given it, it was cold but i still ate it.
4 hours later my burps tasted like rotten eggs to the point where i was projectile vomiting into the toilet for 2 minutes straight because it tasted so vile.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, Burping

Both my friend and I ordered strawberry milkshakes. When she finished hers she was complaining about not feeling well. Shortly after she was profusely vomiting. Then it hit me. We continued to vomit endlessly for 14 hours - unable to sleep, cold sweats, dry heaving, unable to keep water down.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 出汗

I ordered a McFeast Chicken meal on 19th Feb at around 1pm. At about 3am on 20th Feb I started feeling nauseous and my stomach was cramping. Was vomiting the whole morning and I was so ill at one point I fainted in the bathroom. I love McDonald's but this has sadly put me off.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋
