我吃了只有奶酪和蛋黄酱、薯条的 McChicken 然后喝了雪碧。它从我睡觉的时候开始。我的胃开始感到奇怪，我觉得我必须呕吐所以我做了。我有 diaherra，头痛，我很冷，头晕，只渴水。也不能吃东西。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 头痛, 头晕

My son ate at the Tunkhannock McDonald's between 2 and 2:30 p.m. He had a burger french fries sweet tea and chicken McNuggets. He is vomiting fever and diarrhea constantly. He's been sick for hours and hours.  | 症状: 发烧, 腹泻, 呕吐

I ate a reindeer ice cream yesterday night after my meal and got sick all night. The symptoms started at 2am (nausea and stomach cramps with diarrhoea). My boyfriend ate the same meal without the ice cream and wasn't sick.

I have photos to prove it but i was rushing home with
My 5 kids in the car so i didn’t open my food until i got home. I took
2 bites in a darker room and noticed a foul taste and when i went to look it was raw. I am thoroughly disgusted and now i have been throwing up and diarrhea all day  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
