那天晚上晚些时候，我吃了鱼片后，我开始出现严重的胃痛，那天晚上至少有 4 次腹泻。轻微发烧，发冷和夜晚，醒来再次严重胃痛，并且全天至少有 7 次腹泻。之后的第二天，我仍然有严重的胃痛，大约每小时都有腹泻的冲动。希望它能过去。到目前为止已经 3 天了

I went there for lunch at around 12 and got a Big Mac meal and within and hour I felt like my stomach was about to explode with shit, I threw up a couple times and wasn’t able to sleep because of the constant having to go to the bathroom  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Went to Mcdonalds inside Walmart with my 4 children on January 28. We got home, hours later we all threw up. My youngest had fever on the 29th, with diarrhea, vomiting, nausea. My second had vomiting and diarrhea. My third had vomiting. My 4th child has nausea… 更多
