Ate vegetable soup and 1/2 veg sandwich. Started to have diarrhea and stomach discomfort a few hours later. Running to the bathroom., My daughter had vegetable sandwich but no soup and she is fine. I was Sick 4-5 hours after eating  | 症状: 腹泻

Ordered a Tuscan Chicken sandwich for dinner on 4/17. Had trouble sleeping all night, felt dehydrated all night. Stood up in the morning and made 5 bathroom trips - liquid diarrhea, and I’ve thrown up 3 times. Could not eat anything today.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Usually a great place to eat. But, my work place brought in bagels and cream cheese. I was only an hour behind delivery when I served myself an everything bagel with shmear.
We'll lest than an hour later I was planting daisies and throwing up in the toilet. At work. Where I was promptly sent home.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐
