My mother and I ate papa John's last night but my son and father did not. Within hours we were both violently throwing up and having diarrhea at the same time. Definitely food poisoning! I will never eat theranything again!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

We order Papa Johns: two mediam pizzas chesse and pepperoni, and bread sticks. We got the food and noticed the chesse was on top of the pepperoni instead. I told my sister "I won't eat it that way because I got sick when i had it before… 更多

Ate pizza, a few chicken nuggets and the stuffed bread. Son ate a bread stick. He also puked. Just once. I got it good. 4 times, also other end 3 times. This s***!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

I ordered a veggie pizza with ranch. I ended up eating at about 6 p.m. and woke up about 1 in the morning with horrible diarrhea. I had to keep getting up every hour or so to vomit my brains out and to relieve myself. It's now been almost 12 hours and it's just getting worse  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
