I ordered a veggie pizza with ranch. I ended up eating at about 6 p.m. and woke up about 1 in the morning with horrible diarrhea. I had to keep getting up every hour or so to vomit my brains out and to relieve myself. It's now been almost 12 hours and it's just getting worse  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

On 2-3-17 we ordered pizza from Papa John's in boiling springs NC and the pizza is raw.....my boyfriend lost so far a day of work and can't stand up...... taking him to hospital as soon as he gets home  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

I ate a piece of my pizza (pepperoni and mushroom) and I thought it tasted funny. I stopped eating and an hour later my symptoms started. I immediately threw the pizza away!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
