Boyfriend had spicy chicken tenders at around 8:30-9pm. Started feeling funny shortly after: Nausea. Felt sick to his stomach while he was still eating and couldn't finish. Woke up early this morning with explosive diarrhea, severe stomach pain, dry heaving, and vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛

My granddaughter p/u three chicken sandwiches Saturday evening..they had a different taste to them..my bread was pretty dad's like it has been rewarded. By the next day all of us had diarrhea /vomiting ANF ached all over  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Chicken sandwich I purchased the sandwich through Door Dash and almost immediately after I finished eating it I threw up. Then in the middle of the night, I woke up to throw up again. After resting for maybe another hour or two, I woke up with diarrhea. I am currently feeling nausea  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 腹泻
