我不吃早餐而在午餐时买了一份沙拉。我认为它被称为西南鸡肉沙拉。里面有一袋鳄梨调味酱。无论是哪一个。吃完沙拉大约 5 个小时后，我不得不立即去洗手间。几个小时后，我变得有点头晕和恶心。那天我太恶心不能吃任何其他东西。我凌晨 2 点醒来时出汗可怕的胃痉挛，开始剧烈呕吐。我第二天早上 9 点之前就开始工作了，但仍然感到头晕。到中午开始感觉好了 90％。这一定是食物中毒。

在 2019 年 7 月 8 日上午 9 点左右吃早餐披萨后的 10 分钟内，我病得剧烈呕吐和极度恶心了大约 6 个小时，终于去了医院，在那里他们给了我多轮抗恶心药、抽筋药物来治疗连续剧烈抽筋和止痛药。今天是最糟糕的一天

我和男朋友有几个 Pepperjack Taquito 卷，没有吃过其他共同点。在 6 小时之内，我们俩都头疼，总体上感觉很差。之后大约 3 小时（从消费到呕吐 9 小时）开始崇拜伟大的瓷器女神。以前从未遇到过问题，可以肯定这只是一次性事件，可能是疯狂的天气和洪水造成全国范围内的冷藏运输延误的补充。

I went last week purchase a fountain drink and large cup of ice. After my husband drunk his soda and I ate my large big Q cup of crush ice. We start to feel very ill the next day. We both throw up had the running poops. I Went to doctor to get fuilds  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 发烧, 腹泻
