I ate the new nacho box with beef and about 3 hours later I was in such pain in my stomach. I got a fever with chills then horrible diarrhea. After about 2 hours the diarrhea turned to blood. The pain and diarrhea went on for 3 days.  | 症状: 恶心, 发烧, 腹泻, 血色凳子, 寒战

我和我的女朋友订购了 4 个 5 层墨西哥卷饼和一个玉米片盒，我也给自己做了紧缩包装，那天晚上我的女孩连续两天都在吐肠和腹泻现在今天我也有同样的感觉我感觉恶心和臃肿，不能吐只是有很强烈的感觉这样做，而且现在我正在治疗腹泻，我感觉虚弱但我不想错过工作，再也不想回去那里了！

2019 年 5 月 19 日星期日，我姐姐、表弟和我去里奇购物中心购物。快要结束我们去买食物我堂兄去了另一个地方，而我姐姐和我又去了一个地方。我买了纳乔贝尔格兰德鸡肉，姐姐得到了 3 个墨西哥卷饼和温和的酱汁。然后早上时间到了，症状来了。我在凌晨 3 点左右醒来呕吐并且有腹泻。我姐姐和我都发生了这种情况我们问我们堂兄她是否还好，她还好。只有我们俩都受了苦难，我们是仅有的两个人遭受了痛苦。我们病得太重了，步行受到限制，昨天我们整天都被困在床上，2019 年 5 月 20 日。现在今天 2019 年 5 月 21 日的症状好转了，但我仍然感觉虚弱和非常疲倦。我以前从未中毒过食物，所以这是有史以来第一次，这是我经历过的最糟糕的感觉之一。
