昨天 2 月 9 日，我在格拉西奥特堡伯奇伍德购物中心的塔可钟里吃了一个五层牛肉卷饼和两个奶酪卷，今天凌晨 2 点左右开始感到非常恶心，直到今天下午多次呕吐。目前我还在经历腹泻和发冷。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 寒战

I ate at taco bell in Mansfield, TX last night and about 30 minutes after I ate I was throwing up and having diarrhea. I have only had food poisoning once but I know that's what this is. I'm not happy about this.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
