我当时在炸玉米饼钟吃饭。我订购了一些墨西哥卷饼，太好吃了。直到我点了牛肉 burito。把墨西哥卷饼扔了大约一半以上我的味道和闻到不同的东西。像一种肥皂一样闻起来？反正我还是吃了相信这很好，没什么好害怕的。然后我喝了几杯水，感觉很胖又快乐。我希望进入车里感觉有点不舒服。我父母在那里和我一起吃饭，但他们没有生病。我们回到家了，大约一个小时后，我开始感觉很冷。我发冷了。我喝了几瓶水然后睡了一吨。我能感觉到我的胃在搅动。在炸玉米饼上吃了 3 个小时后，我去吐了。我品尝了我在 taco bell 吃过的所有食物。食物从我的嘴里出来，噪音很大。我吐了很多东西而且很痛。一个小时后我又升了三个，这次会有更多的水然后吐出来。我感到非常虚弱，头痛，发冷，甚至我自己都在撒些什么。我有朋友在炸玉米饼钟吃过东西，他们说他们去的时候会生病。我再也不会在那里吃东西了。

Had crunch wrap supreme, kid would only eat fiesta potatoes, plain. Felt kinda naucios this morning and waited till way late to eat lunch. About 24 hours after taco bell, major fever and nausea.  | 症状: 恶心, 发烧

Went to Taco Bell yesterday and suffered painful cramps for two hours before vomiting intensely for a couple of minutes. I ate their chicken quesadilla, beef burrito, and bean burrito.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 抽筋
