Ate taco bell at 1am. Meat was cold but it always is there. Felt fine, the a. Hour later my stomach hurts and I sleep. Woke up in the morning and began vomiting and diarrhea. Vomited 3 times. Doctor took a sample, was E coli from the meat at taco bell  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

My 8 year old son and I ate taco bell Thursday night 1/19/17. My girlfriend opted for mcdonalds, boy is she glad she did. My son and I spent the next 24 hours fighting for toilets and garbage cans unable to do anything but swear and cry as we expelled more food than you can possibly imagine.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我订购了双叠炸玉米饼和俗气的土豆卷饼。我的朋友订购了两个松脆的炸玉米饼。当我吃墨西哥卷饼的时候，有些东西尝起来了，我什至无法完成。10 分钟后，我胃痉挛，头痛感到头晕。大约 20 分钟后，我感到恶心，有了 diarriah 然后吐了。然后我的朋友感到恶心并经历了同样的症状。我想那是牛肉，因为这就是我们吃饭的共同点。

昨天我订购了 3 个纯素墨西哥卷饼：1 个七层墨西哥卷饼，去掉了奶酪和酸奶油，还有 2 个没有奶酪、酸奶油或鳄梨牧场酱的素食主义者菜单墨西哥卷饼。我以为力量墨西哥卷饼的味道有点不同，但我尽量不要想太多。在 30 分钟之内我得了腹泻如此紧急，我不得不在英格尔斯停下来哈哈，然后当我回到家时再来一次。今天我一直头疼得很厉害（对我来说非常罕见）和严重的恶心和胃痉挛，至少要去洗手间十次腹泻。今天下班回家时，我呕吐了几次，从那以后多次去洗手间。我通常很喜欢 Taco Bell 但我不会再在那里吃饭了

Ate a 5 Dollar Cravings box on Wednesday, I felt sick and had nausea the day of eating it, on Thursday, I was back and forth to the bathroom three times. Today, Friday the 20th, I've had diarrhea once and have mild cramps. Never eating here again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
