6 月 19 日星期二下午 1 点左右吃了脆脆的墨西哥卷饼和土豆油和柠檬水。马铃薯孔非常辣。直到下午 6 点 30 分左右我开始腹胀和恶心时感觉还不错。不久之后，全面呕吐、腹泻和发冷。第二天上午 10 点还能收到。感觉太可怕了！

Had a taco around 9 at night, by 10 I was having hot flashes and was nausea, around 12 I threw up multiple times and was on the toilet every hour for the remainder of the night and currently am still the next morning  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
