Had Taco John's 4 days ago with my daughter she had chicken taco as did I she started with the vomiting and still hasn't subsided I took her to doctor who said it definitely seemed like food poisoning. Then one day later I was vomiting and have had severe diaherra  | 症状: 发烧, 腹泻, 呕吐

我点了一个鸡肉卷饼，里面有纳乔奶酪香肠、土豆油和柠檬水。我吃了食物，感觉很好，但是我醒来时胃痛很厉害。我头晕、热、出汗，然后试图服用 Tums 然后我把食物扔掉了。这是一次糟糕的经历。那天晚上我睡得不多

6 月 19 日星期二下午 1 点左右吃了脆脆的墨西哥卷饼和土豆油和柠檬水。马铃薯孔非常辣。直到下午 6 点 30 分左右我开始腹胀和恶心时感觉还不错。不久之后，全面呕吐、腹泻和发冷。第二天上午 10 点还能收到。感觉太可怕了！
